    Important Note:

    Any additional services or add-ons not included in the standard Web-Pro package will be invoiced separately. The payment terms for add-ons will be as follows:

    • 50% of the add-on cost will be invoiced upon request and before work begins.

    • Remaining 50% will be invoiced once the website is live.

THE PROCESS

  • Once you have decided you would like to proceed with the Web-Pro Package, a deposit will be required to secure your build start date.

  • You will be required to complete the following;

    • Upload all images, videos, logos and graphics into a secure Client Portal

    • Create your written content, including headers and body copy, and upload to Client Portal

    • Complete client questionnaire to include:
      - Examples of branding or sites you like
      - Links to your social media channels
      - Domain name (or preferred name if buying a new one)
      - Contact form field details

    • Set up Google Business Profile and Google Search console (if support required please ask)

  • We will have a team’s meeting to:

    • Discuss the brief, desired look and feel, and address any questions regarding the information you’ve provided

    • Transfer your domain name or purchase a new one if required

    • Website design and build.

    • During week 2 we will share a progress link for your review

    • A 1.5 hour live revision session will be scheduled to work through changes/edits 

    • Domain name transfer or new domain purchase will be completed 

    • A 1.5 hour revision and launch session will be held to finalise the website

    • Any final tweaks will be made  

    • Select a hosting package, sign up, and publish the website

    • Connect your domain

    • Training on editing content, SEO and analytics

    • Handover and transfer of ownership (final balance must be paid before transfer)

  • Once the website is live, you will receive:

    • Two weeks email support to fix any bugs

    • A 30-minute “fix-it” video call within the first 2 weeks to fix any bugs, answer your questions and help with edits or updates (does not include additional design/build work).

    • Further support is available with our “Support & Update” service charged on hourly rate.

     

    If you select any of the optional add-on services for the Web-Pro build, the process will be adjusted accordingly, and we will let you know if we need any extra information.

what we will need from you

  • A logo, submark, brand colours, and typography.

    If you don’t have branding yet this can be added to your website project as an optional add-on.

  • The text for your website.


    We need your finalised website copy before we begin the build to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your messaging and vision.  We are happy to help with light editing during the site build, but if full copywriting is required it can be included as an optional add-on.

  • We will source stock photos but if you have brand photography or custom images, they will need to be provided. Personalising your website with brand photography is a wonderful way to make it more unique and engaging; a photography session can be included as an optional add-on to your project.
